Houston Airports was honored at the 2025 Skytrax World Airport Awards, earning multiple global recognitions, including:
Hobby Airport retains 5-star rating for 4th year
Bush Airport retains 4-star rating for 8th year
Houston Airports wins “World’s Best Airport Art" for 3rd year
Since 2016, the Skytrax audit has offered an independent global benchmark, helping Houston Airports assess nearly every aspect of the passenger journey.
Auditors evaluate more than 30 categories—from signage and security to restrooms and accessibility—providing data-driven insights that guide changes, maximize resources and efficiently improve the positive impact for travelers.
It's official: Houston Airports offers World's Best Art
“At Houston Airports, we don’t just showcase art—we create cultural moments,” said Alton DuLaney, curator of public art for Houston Airports.
For the third year in a row, Houston Airports was awarded World’s Best Art in the Airport by Skytrax. From large-scale murals, sculptures, live performances and digital storytelling, the program reshapes how airports can create a sense of place through the arts. KEEP READING
