'Never before seen' | Houston Airports ready to welcome record travelers this Spring Break
With 2.3 million people expected between March 7 and March 18, passengers are encouraged to plan, prepare for their trip to the airport.
Houston Airports is again ready to welcome millions of Spring Break travelers to Bush and Hobby airports this March. Passenger totals are forecasted to exceed 2023 Spring Break travel totals by 200,000 people, creating an historic Spring Break for Houston Airports.

'Proven track record and visionary leadership' | Jim Szczesniak appointed HAS Director of Aviation
Houston Mayor John Whitmire has appointed Jim Szczesniak as the Director of Aviation for the City of Houston. Szczesniak will oversee IAH, HOU, EFD and the Houston Spaceport.
